    FAQ 

     

    1) How to register on your website? 

    Please click this link, fill all required fields, accept the terms and conditions and finally press the 

    button "register an account". 

     

    2) I am a private person and not a company, can I register? 

    Gadget Master is a trade platform for entrepreneurs and companies only. 

     

    3) Why can't I see the wholesale prices after registration? 

    After registration please wait for approval message (it takes from some minutes up to 12 hours) and 

    after this you have to log out and log in again to see the prices. 

     

    4) Do the prices I can see after login include VAT?

    No, there are net prices without VAT. 

     

    5) Is there any minimum order value? 

    Yes, the minimum order value is 50 Eur. 

     

    6) What are shipping costs to my country? 

    We ship free to all European Union countries from order value 480 Eur. In some cases we have to 

    calculate the shipping costs individually (like Croatia, Swizerland). Otherwise the shipping cost is 15 

    Eur up to 30 kg. 

     

    7) What is delivery time? 

    We always try to ship within 24 hours. And delivery time depends on your country but usually it takes 

    2-3 days. 

     

    8) Who will deliver my order? 

    We cooperate with GLS, DPD, Raben and UPS. 

     

    9) Can I pick up the ordered goods personally? 

    Of course, we work from monday to friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Just call us to confirm that your order 

    is ready to be picked up telephone number 

     

    10) How can I check the order status? 

    It's easy, just log in and check on your account http://gadget-master.pl/login.php 

     

    11) Can I check the tracking of my parcel? 

    Yes, after we have dispatched your parcel you will receive a message with a tracking number. 

     

    12) I did not receive the invoice, what should I do now? 

    Just log in and download each your invoice you need. 

     

    13) I have a valid European VAT-ID, should I pay VAT? 

    No, if you have valid EU-VAT-ID you don't have to pay VAT, you get the invoice with net prices 

    without VAT. 

     

    14) I don't have European VAT-ID, what happens in such case? 

    Don't worry, you will get the invoice with Polish VAT (23%). 

     

    15) How can I pay for my order? 

    You can make a bank transfer (in Eur or PLN) or pay by paypal. You can find bank details on the 

    invoice. 

     

    16) Can I pay on delivery? 

    Cash on delivery is not possible outside Poland. 

     

    17) Can I pay in Eur?

    Yes, you can pay in Eur on our Euro account. 

     

    18) Will your invoice show the product's name in English and prices in Eur? 

    Yes, all products name are also in English and the prices in Eur as well. 

     

    19) What about missing, broken or damaged products? 

    If your parcel is damaged, please make a damage protocol in the presence of the courier. If the 

    products are broken inside without damaged parcel just send us pictures of these items. We will find 

    the best solution. Usually we replace these items with the next order. 

     

    20) How can I find out about new products and arrivals? 

    At the registration please mark "newsletter". 

     

    21) How can I get any discount? 

    We can discuss about discounts at bigger orders and long-term cooperation without payment delay. 

     

    22) In which languages can I communicate with you? 

     In English or German.
